Under Malaysia Agreement 1963, Singapore, Sarawak and Sabah are supposed to be equal partners with Federation of Malaya but after Singapore left Federation of Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah were downgraded into one of the 13 states of Federation of Malaysia without the consent of both Sabah and Sarawak people.

Daily oil and gas production of Sarawak is 850,000 tons and only merely 5% (known as royalty fee) of the production bookmarked for Sarawak government and yet 5% royalty fee not fully paid to Sarawak government. 95% of oil and gas production taken by Petronas and federal government based on Petroleum Development Act 1974 (PDA 1974)which is against Malaysia Agreement 1963 and PDA 1974 is supposed to give full ownership of Malaysia oil and gas to PETRONAS not signed by all oil and gas producing states and territories (Sarawak and Sabah) but only the then Sarawak Chief Minister Yakub signed on behalf of all Malaysia oil and gas producing states and territories making the PDA1974 null and void.

Questions to ask:
1) When Singapore left federation of Malaysia, Malaysia Agreement 1963 is considered Null and Void and Sabah and Sarawak is reversed back to self government nation since before joining federation of Malaysia it has its own currency, birth certificates and other legal documents?
2) No proper referendum conducted to seek Sabah and Sarawak people consent to join Malaysia despite the fact that street demonstration and strike reported in newspaper, is it against the wishes of Sabah and Sarawak to join federation of Malaysia?
3) During signing Malaysia Agreement 1963 federation of Malaya was an independent country while Sabah and Sarawak were still colonies of England, is the Malaysia Agreement 1963 null and void?
