This website is established by a group of concern Sarawakian with the aim to provide latest news of Sarawak. Learning from the past and charting new path for the future. Sabah and Sarawak people main concern is the restoration of Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) which had been properly registered at United Nation (UN), and MA63 is the foundation of formation of Malaysia. During formation of Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Malaya are equal partners therefore any ACTS, laws, regulation and policies passed in parliament (with the intention to restrict or nullify full function of Malaysia Agreement 1963) are illegal and therefore are against the very foundation of formation of Malaysia at the disadvantage of Sarawak and Sabah with the intention to remove equal partners status of Sarawak and Sabah making Sabah and Sarawak one of the states in Malaysia.
The writer wrote without referring to United Nations facts and figures and not even bother to read and understand the Malaysia Agreement 1963 nor following up decolonization process encouraged and recorded by United Nations brushing aside "Sarawak In quest Of Independence" by saying "all asserting (falsely) that the state was already independent on July 22, 1963 before Malaysia came into being on Aug 31 that year — all to fit into a newly thought-up narrative that the state came into Malaysia as an “equal partner” (with the whole of Malaya, no less) " His stand obviously is with the Malaya and the purpose of the writing is equally obvious trying to confuse and frighten Sarawak people.

Unifi Air could be the “Streamyx solution” with unlimited quota
For what has felt like ages, Streamyx users nationwide have been looking for a solution to their lack of access to Unifi‘s fibre plans. Today, it looks like Unifi may have a solution on the horizon as a leaked slide from what looks like a pitch deck reveals something called Unifi Air, a proposed plan to bring Unifi and fibre-like internet connectivity to those who have no access to fibre ports.
Hackers have just stolen US$500,000 from this mobile payment app
7-Eleven’s mobile payment feature on its app, 7Pay, was only recently launched by 7-Eleven Japan on July 1—the feature allows customers to scan a barcode and pay using a credit/debit card that is linked to the app.
However, a week is all it took for hackers to cheat the system and steal half a million U.S. Dollars, it seems. A customer first reported that they noticed a charge that they didn’t make on the app, and Yahoo News Japan has reported that there is a major loophole that has been exploited.

The Education Project of an International school was under the attack of Primary Industries Minister as well as Education Ministry unnecessarily. They should leave the international school alone in the name of freedom of speech and government should not shoot down anyone who are disagreeing with government policies.
Sarawak Association for Peoples’ Aspirations (Sapa) president Dominique Ng told reporters in Kuching today (July 7, 2019) that it is legitimate to talk about Sarawak's independence, contrary to what many have said. Video Attached below:

Press Statement 6 July 2019
The question raised by YB Alice Lau Kiong Yieng (DAP-Lanang) concerning what action the government could take against those who called for cessation for Sarawak has annoyed many people of Sarawak against MP Alice Lau and DAP. Sarawakians have a right to voice their disappointments of mistreatments by the federal government against Sarawak.
Press statement By Parti Bumi Kenyalang 5 July 2019
What is seditious is not defined in the Sedition Act 1948 and therefore, what is seditious is very subjective. We have to be guided by decided cases.
With all humility, as the law now stands of which I stand guided and be corrected, there is no decided case in Malaysia to say that talking or speaking about independence or cessation is seditious or is against the law.

There was a secret joint dated 31 July 1962 agreement between the British and malayan governments to set up the federation of Malaysia by providing the transfer of the sovereignty over Singapore, North Borneo and Sarawak by 31 August 1963.
I was in the coffee shop this morning and people voiced their concern if PH rules Sarawak. To them, Sarawak will go bankrupt if PH rules Sarawak. They voiced their unhappiness and urged Parti Bumi Kenyalang to lead the way in Quest of independence for Sarawak so that Sarawak will get off from the economic and political discrimination and suppression by Malaya.
The analysis of Dr. Nadrawina failed to take into consideration of the role played by the United Nations Security Council in maintaining peace and order in the world. If a country is attacked by another country, the United Nations Security Council will surely send armed forces to prevent the attack.
MIRI, June 29: Sarawakians should be given a chance to decide whether Sarawak should secede from Malaysia. Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak Baru (PBDSB) president Bobby William, in a statement, suggested that the state government hold a referendum as it seemed the call to leave the federation is growing louder.

Before Singapore left the federation, there was a negotiation with Malaya. When all negotiations failed to reconcile all political and economic differences, Singapore parted from the federation. Singapore did not hold a referendum to exit. Britain was forced to pass Singapore Independence Act to grant Singapore independence. This meant SSS were parked by Britain with Malaya to make Malaya as trustee. This is because Britain knew SSS( Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak) have a privilege or right to seek independence by way of decolonization under UN Resolutions.
A message to all North Borneo (Sabah) and Sarawak people. A message for all of us to understand and struggle for it. This struggle is not a game. We are here not to play on somebody's else game because there is million of life of people to be accounted for and we did it for the sake of our future generation.
