Sabah and Sarawak people main concern is the restoration of Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) which had been properly registered at United Nation (UN), and MA63 is the foundation of formation of Malaysia. During formation of Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Malaya are equal partners therefore any ACTS, laws, regulation and policies passed in parliament (with the intention to restrict or nullify full function of Malaysia Agreement 1963) are illegal and therefore are against the very foundation of formation of Malaysia at the disadvantage of Sarawak and Sabah with the intention to remove equal partners status of Sarawak and Sabah making Sabah and Sarawak one of the states in Malaysia.

In response to press Statement by Speaker of DUN. Speaker did not give a clear clarification of Article 21(3) Sarawak Constitution in his press Statement. Under Article 21(3) life of DUN was for five years and expires today 6 June 2021.

There is no law in this country for the police to call any citizen for interview just to dig their personal activities or to know them better. KUCHING, Dec 30: Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) has announced today that the party will contest in all the seven urban and semi-urban seats in Kuching for the upcoming 12th Sarawak Election.
The seats are N.11 Batu Lintang, N.9 Padungan, N.10 Pending, N.12 Kota Sentosa, N.13 Batu Kitang, N.14 Batu Kawa and N.17 Stakan. Party president Voon Lee Shan, who is a lawyer by profession and a former Batu Lintang assemblyman, revealed that he will be tackling Batu Lintang.
