Sabah and Sarawak people main concern is the restoration of Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) which had been properly registered at United Nation (UN), and MA63 is the foundation of formation of Malaysia. During formation of Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Malaya are equal partners therefore any ACTS, laws, regulation and policies passed in parliament (with the intention to restrict or nullify full function of Malaysia Agreement 1963) are illegal and therefore are against the very foundation of formation of Malaysia at the disadvantage of Sarawak and Sabah with the intention to remove equal partners status of Sarawak and Sabah making Sabah and Sarawak one of the states in Malaysia.

KUCHING, Jan 14: There should no longer be double or multiple standards in the case of quarantines. This is the view of Sarawak Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) Central Committee Treasurer Tiew Yen Houng when she said this is to avoid the recurrence of another Covid-19 outbreak triggered by exemption of quarantines at hotels.
SIBU: Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) president Voon Lee Shan says there is nothing mentioned in the Federal Constitution to prohibit Sarawak from exiting Malaysia.

According to its president Voon Lee Shan, Wong has been served with the show cause letter before Christmas where Wong must explain why he should not face disciplinary actions for many of his remarks or statements appeared on his social media page.
KUCHING, Dec 30: Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) has announced today that the party will contest in all the seven urban and semi-urban seats in Kuching for the upcoming 12th Sarawak Election.
The seats are N.11 Batu Lintang, N.9 Padungan, N.10 Pending, N.12 Kota Sentosa, N.13 Batu Kitang, N.14 Batu Kawa and N.17 Stakan. Party president Voon Lee Shan, who is a lawyer by profession and a former Batu Lintang assemblyman, revealed that he will be tackling Batu Lintang.
Jamie Tiew, the president of the Sibu Business Women Association, said that as Sarawak’s silver-hair population has increased, the government should establish more complete mechanisms and policies for the care of the elderly, and introduce more effective protection measures for the elderly regardless of ethnic and religious background.
Parti Bumi kenyalang Publicity Secretary Arthur Wong stated that “Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) is void and null because during signing of the agreement, federation of Malaya was an independent country while Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak were colonies of British.”

SIBU: A Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) executive member questions why Sarawak is still getting less allocation than Sabah under Budget 2021. The party’s secretary-general Priscilla Lau pointed out that the state’s ruling coalition Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) had stressed about this year’s allocation still being inadequate for Sarawak’s development.
Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Dato Sri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said "the number of new business entities registered is far more than those closed due to effects of Covid-19 pandemic."
By not letting public especially Sabah and Sarawak people know the contents of final report of the Cabinet Special Committee on Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) and what's in the pipeline to benefit or not benefiting Sabah and Sarawak people, it is lack of transparency and Sabah and Sarawak people have all the reasons to suspect something no good have been agreed upon against both territories interest.

Those who are qualified to be members of Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) are governed by Article 16 of the Sarawak Constitution (hereinafter, “the Constitution”). Article 16 of the Constitution states that “Every citizens of or over the age of twenty one years who is resident in the State is qualified to elected as an elected member of the Dewan Undangan Negeri, unless he disqualified for being such a member by the Federal Constitution or this Constitution or by any law such law as is mentioned in Article 17”.
GPS government said the intention to amend Article 16 of the Sarawak Constitution was to protect Sarawak's rights concerning the eligibility of persons to stand elections and be elected as members of the Dewan Undangan Negri (DUN).
The federal government has taken the view that it is not necessary to reveal the final report of the Cabinet Special Committee on the implementation of Malaysia Agreement 1963.
Jamie Tiew, the president of the Sibu Business Women Association, called on the Sarawak government and the Disaster Management Committee to release COVID-19 green zone from the economic control actions so that businesses can resume their operations under the condition of strictly complying with the standard operating procedures (SOP) for pandemic prevention.
