PM may wish to limit the term of prime minister to two terms, but, what is the purpose of limiting the term of office of prime minister? Is it to prevent an incompetent prime minister to sit in office for too long or to prevent or reduce corruption and abuse of power by the prime minister if he is in office for too long?

The late CM Tan Sri Adenan Satem gazetted July 22 as Sarawak Independence Day in 2016 although Sarawak was not independent yet. This 722 date has no significance at all unless Sarawak truly is independent from the federation of Malaysia.

Sarawak CM Abang Zohari Tun Openg and GPS government should use the weak position of PM to force the federal government to return all our territories, territorial waters, oil and gas resources which Sarawak had lost through a series of Acts passed by Parliament. It is not difficult for these resources to be returned back to Sarawak. It could be done by Parliament revoking the necessary laws.

The King has decreed the state of emergency be continued until 2 February 2022 with no elections to be held within that period.

The assertion in Parliament that the Emergency Ordinances been revoked without the consent and knowledge of the King showed that the PN government has no respect at all for the King. Datuk Seri Takiyuddin, being the de facto law minister who made this assertion in Parliament should gentlemanly tender his resignation. What he did had not only embarrassed the King but as if telling the King and nation that the King need not be respected.

We urge all Sarawakians to be united to fight against Covid-19 and we must take the fight against Covid-19 seriously. The state government can't do much without the help and coperation of citizens.

Recently, some people think that "7.22" is #Independence Day, and they have reported the incident to the #police. Did Sarawak have independence on July 22, 1963? Is "July 22" Sarawak Independence Day?

"7.22" is coming soon. Is 7.22 Independence Day? Is Sarawak really independent on this day? "7.22 Independence Day" is a statutory holiday announced in the Sarawak Government Gazette. The name is Sarawak Day.

We made ourselves a fool by declaring 22 July as Sarawak Independence Day. The declaration of 722 by the late CM Tan Sri Adenan Satem gave him a landslide victory in the 11th Sarawak Elections.

We have received a message from one of our supporters letting us know that a friend of their is in need as they have raised their white flag,

so we got hold of that person's contact to confirm it. So not only they say yes, but they mentioned another family that they know also needs it.

We had been fighting against Covid-19 for too long. The fight had caused much stress and damage to the economy.

If we want to have an effective government to fight in all crisis we need to fire the ministers and those involved in the failing to do their job well. At least, they should be removed to some other posts. This was what Lee Kuan Yew did for Singapore.

Malaysia was formed on the understanding that Sarawak will be treated as equal partner, with equal status and opportunities with the Federation of Malaya.

At no time it was agreed that Sarawak should be made a colony of Malaya.

On 28 Apri 2021 Malay Mail reported Sarawak Deputy #Chief #Minister Tan Sri Dr. James #Masing stated that

“Sarawak won’t remove #cabotage policy despite calls from traders” This definitely surprised many #Sarawakian as all this while our understanding is cabotage policy is imposed by federal government.

All YBS in Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) took oath to protect the Sarawak Constitution and by their oath, they are to protect the constitution and by protecting the constitution means they should not let outsiders to interfere with what is in the constitution.

It’s been almost 15 months since the Malaysian Government imposed the 1st of many Movement Control Orders. Citizens have been cooperative and have waited patiently for the day when life can return to some sort of normalcy.

In response to press Statement by Speaker of DUN.
Speaker did not give a clear clarification of Article 21(3) Sarawak Constitution in his press Statement. Under Article 21(3) life of DUN was for five years and expires today 6 June 2021.
