(In reply to statement by Tan Sri James Masing appeared in Dayak Daily -16 September, 2021) Tan Sri Dr. James Masing is ill advised if he said that Sarawak could not seek independence or secede from the federation of Malaysia when he said this was not provided for in the federal constitution. Tan was Sri James Masing may need to know that there is no provision in the federal constitution to say Sabah and Sarawak could not secede from the federation.

(Reply to PSB’s press release on UDI)
The international right to independence is enshrined in United Nations Resolution 1514 on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples which allows colonies the privilege to decolonize and to become independent countries.

It was never the intention of the party to marginalize or to sideline any potential candidates to stand for elections. Those who left the party were either impatient to be confirmed as candidates or had their own personal agenda or were just interested to create instability in the party.

The de facto Law Minister, Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaffar being a lawyer should be aware that fundamental breaches of the MA63 (if initially valid) had caused the Treaty to collapse, void or invalid beyond repair. He should also understand that the Treaty is null and void or invalid when the Treaty was signed because Sarawak, Sabah and Singapore had no legal capacities to enter the Treaty with United Kingdom and Malaya to form Malaysia.

The announcement by Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department(Religious Affairs) Datuk Ahmad Marzuk Shaary that the federal government is drafting a Bill on controlling and restricting the development of non-Muslim religions is creating a lot of fear and uncertainty to Sarawakians of all faiths who have been living and practicing their respective religions in peace and harmony.

(The Borneo Post · 10 Sep 2021) MIRI: Sarawak is still a long way off from getting the full benefits of exclusive rights to oil and gas industry that should bring in much more revenue to the state, said Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) election candidate for Mulu, Dr Richard Ibuh.

(DayakDaily - Kuching Sep 1, 2021 @ 19:34 By Adrian Lim) Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) is urging Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar to ensure that the passed Undi18 law and the automatic voter registration are implemented by the Election Commission (EC).

On August 14 ,2021 Senior Works Minister Fadillah Yusof said in Sibu, the Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak was 69.60 percent completed. He said based on the contract, the full completion date was targeted to be in September 2022. When Parti Bumi Kenyalang becomes government, What would the Land & Property in Independent Sarawak be like? To answer the above questions and many more regarding it, on 4 - 9 -2021, Saturday, 8:00pm we have invited 3 Special Guest to give us some insights on it this Saturday! It will be LIVE on our facebook page www.fb.me/pbklive

Jamie Tiew called on the government to re-evaluate, and review the Sarawak hydropower plan, and adhere to the spirit of "people-oriented" in order to draw up a power supply plan that best suits the interests of the people of Sarawak.

This comes after the Sarawak government announced last Monday that only individuals who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are allowed to work or enter any business premises in the state, with exceptions being given to those with one dose of the vaccine until the end of August.

The GPS government is very happy that most adult Sarawakians have been vaccinated against Covid-19.

Ismail Sabri will be sworned in as the nineth Prime Minister by Agong on Friday August 21, 2021. Again it is GPS who puts him in power, knowing full well he is not the right person to lead the country at this very critical time when the Covid-19 pandemic is getting from bad to worse, the economy is collapsing, the ringgit is all time low, the national debt is all time high, very little foreign direct investments, multinational companies are exiting for neighboring countries, record unemployment, record business closures and above all many needless lives are lost daily.

When Parti Bumi Kenyalang becomes government, What would the Education and Health in Independent Sarawak be like?

The federal government for the past 58 years had taken lots of our wealth from taxes collected by various federal government departments. Sarawak had lost its oil and gas wealth since 1976 to Petronas and it is speculated that this loss is in the sum of about RM100 billion every year. Since federal has lots of money taken from Sarawak, there is no reason GPS government should use state’s own money to fight Covid-19 pandemic in the state.

So far, no Prime Minister had protected Sarawak rights since Malaysia was formed and the voices from GPS leaders in the last few days seeking the coming 9th prime minister to be mindful of taking care of Sarawak’s rights will be a dream only.

I had been asked on many occasions by many Sarawakians on how Sarawak can unilaterally gain independence from the Federation of Malaysia and as a politician and lawyer, I have an obligation to answer this question for the benefit of Sarawakians on how Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) will be able or wish to do this.
