Parti Bumi Kenyalang condemns religious extremism in this country. A video by a person who looks like a Muslim preacher that went viral accusing non Muslims (kafir), especially, Buddhists and Hindus as murderers of Muslim people is false, seditious and treacherous.
He was also misleading Muslims to believe in him of something that is not true against the Dayaks, Buddhists and Hindus. What he did could create racial and religious disharmony in Malaysia.
Sarawakians of all races had lived in harmony and could have their prayer houses next to each other. We all could eat and mingle with each other with no problem at all in Sarawak. We are not going to let fanatics like this preacher in the video to divide and destroy this society.
From his speech in the video,
it looks like the Dayaks, Chinese Indians and other races are not welcome in Malaysia.
As Sarawakians, we need to ask ourselves, whether we should allow Sarawak to remain in Malaysia when the natives of Bumi Kenyalang are disrespected and condemned for the genocide of Muslims in South East Asia? Should Buddhists and Hindus in Sarawak choose Sarawak to stay longer in the federation of Malaysia?
Malayan corrupt politicians and religious fanatics should not underestimate the religious and racial tolerance of Sarawakians against your antics to create disharmony in this country. To the corrupt Malayan politicians and religious fanatics in Malaya, you are reminded that, local Muslims here are also worried of your antics as they also disagree with you.
The intention to curtail religious practices of non Muslims by the malayan government could also lead to further wedge between Muslims and non Muslims and between Malayan with Sabahans and Sarawakians. This will not be good for Malaysia.
To these corrupt politicians and religious fanatics, they should know many in Malaya who are depending on the rice bowls of Sabah and Sarawak to live and they should not break these rice bowls.
Malayans need to be reminded, if Sabah and Sarawak leave the federation, many in Malaya will find it difficult to enjoy the life and lifestyle they have now.
Without the wealth of oil and gas of Sabah and Sarawak, Malaya could not develop to what it is now. Malaya was a near bankrupt federation before and after Malaysia was born.
Please be reminded that words promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion or race or doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony is a serious criminal offence under section 298A Penal Code.
Secondly, under the Sedition Act 1948, any speech that would "bring into hatred or contempt or feelings of ill-will and hostility between different races could face the wrath of the law. I don't see any reason that this Muslim religious preacher could escape the law.
We hope police will take action against this preacher swiftly to prevent the matter out of hand.
Caused by what is going on in Malaysia, the solution to solve corruption and religious fanaticism created by Malayans, is to seek freedom and independence from the Federation of Malaysia.
